Are you feeling stuck? Like you know what you want to do but don't know how to get started? This can be extremely common but challenging when it comes up. Whether it be internal, like motivations problems, or external, like interpersonal conflict, I'm here to support you while we work on a path forward together.
I offer an eclectic approach that pulls from different modalities, like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to best support my clients. Through this, we can work on specific skills that aid in understanding yourself better, coping with difficult situations, and creating a life worth living. By tailoring my approach to the client, we can make sure to target your specific goals.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I have experience working on crisis lines and supporting individuals experiencing personality disorders, anxiety, depression, and general stress. These experiences showed me the value of the connection built in the therapy space. Because of this, my approach begins with creating a safe and supportive relationship that will be the foundation for all the work we will do together.
