Meet Alexandra
Hi, and welcome! You might be wondering, “How on earth can I find a therapist who is a good fit for
me?!” That’s a fair question. If it helps your search, I bring authenticity, sensitivity, and a balance
between light-heartedness and seriousness into our sessions.
I am here to offer you support, to challenge you, and to help you to build skills that make life a little easier. Maybe you are here to cope with anxiety, relationship challenges, emotion dysregulation, life transitions and stressors, or the aftereffects of traumatic experiences. Perhaps you are wanting to connect to your values (and to yourself!), grow, and increase wellness.
I have a background in psychology, and I love to bring some of this knowledge into our sessions to guide our work. Together, we can look at how the past shows up in the present, how to move forward, and how to live intentionally.
