Child and Teen Counselling
Support for Kids, Teens and Their Families
Children and teens can struggle with big feelings, worry, low mood, friendship or family changes, school stress, or behaviour that's hard to understand. As a parent or caregiver, it can be hard to know when to reach out.
Our clinicians offer counselling for children and teens in a warm, age-appropriate way. Sessions focus on helping young people understand what they're feeling, build coping skills and feel more confident at home, at school and with friends.
Parents and caregivers are part of the process. Depending on your child's age and needs, we may include you in some sessions, share strategies you can use at home, or offer family sessions.
Sessions are available by video or telephone across Ontario, in person in St. Catharines, and in your home in Niagara, subject to clinician availability. Most extended health benefit plans cover our services, and sliding-scale options are available.
Book a free 20-minute consultation or use our therapist-matching form, and we'll help you find a clinician who's a good fit for your child or teen.
