ADHD Counselling
ADHD Support for Everyday Life
Living with ADHD can mean a busy mind, trouble starting or finishing tasks, losing track of time, forgetfulness, or strong emotions that come on fast. Over time, it can also wear down your confidence and affect work, school and relationships.
Our clinicians offer counselling for the everyday emotional and practical challenges that come with ADHD, whether you have a diagnosis or are still wondering. We don't diagnose ADHD, but we can help you understand how it shows up for you and build strategies that fit your life.
Therapy may focus on routines and systems that work with your brain instead of against it, managing overwhelm and procrastination, emotion regulation, and the self-criticism many people with ADHD carry. Approaches may include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Sessions are available by video or telephone across Ontario, in person in St. Catharines, and in your home in Niagara, subject to clinician availability. Most extended health benefit plans cover our services, and sliding-scale options are available.
Book a free 20-minute consultation or use our therapist-matching form, and we'll help you find a clinician who fits.
